I dunno how this issue started,I just left the computer on for 2 hours,Took it downstairs,And it went really slowly,So I did CTRL ALT DELETE and it had an error saying something like 'We cannot go into this menu because we cannot find it'

So I decided to turn off the computer,by holding in the power switch(It was my only choice because the computer was not responding)Then I turned the computer back on,It was going really slowly and was unusable.I wasn't doing anything stupid or messing with anything.

Sooo...Is there a way to fix this or should I do the reinstall windows without loosing any data?
